Founder and Creative Director
Jana Gamble
Jana has spent two decades helping mission-led companies say what is true about themselves, and say it well. She came to design, brand, and marketing work through wellness itself: she was an elite junior tennis player, a coach, a pilates teacher, and the owner of a small group of health clubs in Brisbane, Australia. Those lived experiences still shape how she listens.
Jana has directed brand and creative for a family of health and science brands, including a gut health brand she helped grow tenfold in eighteen months, and served as Marketing Director for the Amazon Aid Foundation through the 2019 rainforest fires. In 2021, Jana won an international Indigo Design Award for the design of “The Affinity Principle.”
Jana is also the author of “Culture Nomads,” a story about the year her family sold everything, restored an old bus and a sailboat, and went looking for more joy, peace and health. Today she shapes the story, identity and experience of wellness communities, and is co-creating Heartfield, a regenerative wellness community real estate development in Byron Shire, NSW, with Grant. She believes much of what ails us today comes from disconnection from nature, from each other, and from ourselves.
The healing and wellbeing we are seeking is within us.

Business Strategy and Development
Grant Ian Gamble
Grant has been building wellness companies and communities since 1985. He began as a junior officer in the Royal Australian Navy, and carried its discipline and its sense of leadership and service into business, where he has helped turn small operations into thriving wellness brands.
He helped grow acac Fitness & Wellness from roughly US$3 million to US$100 million in annual revenue and opened twelve wellness campuses on the U.S. Atlantic Coast, in partnership with leading health systems. As CEO of TotalFusion Australia, Grant helped open three campuses in Queensland, and as COO of Seraphic Group, he helped take a start-up to around US$50 million a year in eighteen months, with sales in more than 120 countries. Across his career, Grant has had a hand in more than two dozen wellness campuses, clinics and communities.
His belief is simple: mindful leadership creates a great Team Member experience, which creates a great customer experience, and lasting success follows. Grant set his formula for business success out in “The Affinity Principle,” a best-selling book, and shares it as a speaker and podcast host.
Today, Grant serves as the COO of Lev Global, a family of wellness companies responsible for iconic brands such as Organic India and Peninsula Hot Springs, and is co-creating Heartfield, a regenerative wellness community real estate development in Byron Shire, NSW. Grant builds the models, numbers, teams, and operations that turn a wellness vision into a place that works.
